| One of the hardest WMF
forms to find is the lamp base. It was designed by the Wurtemburgische
Metallwaren Fabrik (WMF) glass
factory
in Germany between 1926 -1940 and was part of Ikora
- Kristal line. This base has a cord hole drilled
on the side of the vase. The metal
fixture was probably affixed to the neck with putty. This lamp base
is in excellent condition, no cracks or chips just a slight
uneveness
to
the top rim. Item# 112
